| This is our personal tribute to a great man. Rupert was forever a part of the community at all levels from our Kiwanas Club Board Chairman, to fundraising for Hammersville Little League. Rupert will be sorely missed but I'm sure he'll have his finger on the pulse of our neighbourhood whether we like it or not. That's the kind of man he was and I expect he wouldn't have it any other way now that he's at some higher level of persuasion. Maybe the neigh sayers had better be watching over their shoulders for quite some time to come. |  |
